HOW QUICKLY WILL I GET A QUOTE? Same day. Send the form or call 0161 531 8701 with your venue type and postcode, and we come back with a price the same working day — no site visit needed and no drawn-out sales process. If you email, we reply within two working hours, Monday to Friday.
DO I NEED TO VISIT YOUR DEPOT? No. Our Golborne site is a commercial laundry, not a showroom, so everything is handled online or by phone. Send a photo of your current stock by WhatsApp or email and we can quote from that — no appointment or trip across Greater Manchester required.
IS THERE A MINIMUM CONTRACT OR MINIMUM ORDER? No minimum term. You're on a rolling agreement you can scale up or down by phone, with no penalty for changing quantities. That suits real hospitality trade, where a quiet January and a booked-out December need very different linen volumes.
I'M ALREADY WITH A SUPPLIER — IS SWITCHING A HASSLE? No. Tell us your current delivery day and we build the changeover around it, so there's no gap in clean linen and no overlap charge. Most venues switch without their kitchen or front of house noticing anything but a better service.
