CORE SERVICES

Restaurant Table Linen Hire

Crisp tablecloths and napkins supplied on a managed rotation — no buying, no in-house washing, no stock shortfalls. We hold buffer stock on your behalf so a last-minute full house is never a problem. Available in white, ivory and a range of contemporary colours to suit everything from Northern Quarter bistros to Cheshire fine dining rooms. Laundered to food-service hygiene standards after every cycle.

Kitchen Linen & Cloth Supply

Service cloths, glass polishing cloths, oven pads and chef cloths supplied on a managed rental basis — you only pay for what you use. Made from heavy-duty cotton blends built to withstand repeated high-temperature commercial washing. Particularly useful for busy Stockport and Warrington kitchens running multiple covers a day where cloth turnover is high and time for in-house washing doesn't exist.

Chef Uniform & Workwear Hire

Chef jackets, trousers and aprons supplied on a weekly rotation and returned professionally laundered — no purchasing, no replacement costs, no juggling sizes. We stock double-breasted and mandarin-collar styles from S to 2XL, suitable for everything from a 10-cover Altrincham kitchen to a high-volume Salford catering operation. Your team turns up clean and uniformed every shift.

Commercial Laundry Service

Already own your linen but need it professionally cleaned? Our collect-and-return commercial laundry service covers restaurants, bars and kitchens across Lancashire, Cheshire and Greater Manchester. We collect on a fixed schedule, process everything at controlled high temperatures that meet food-safety hygiene requirements, and return it folded and ready for service. No minimum volumes for established accounts.

What Sets ProLinen Apart From Other North West Linen Suppliers

A named contact who knows your account. When you call ProLinen, you speak to the same person every time — someone who knows your covers, your schedule and your stock levels. No call centres, no being passed between departments. Most Manchester and Cheshire linen suppliers at our scale don't offer this; we built the business around it.

Food-safety laundering — not just clean, compliant. Every item is washed at controlled high temperatures that eliminate bacteria and meet Environmental Health Officer requirements. We document wash cycles and flag items past their useful life before they reach your tables. For kitchens in Greater Manchester under regular EHO inspection, this is not a detail — it's a requirement.

Flexible volumes with no penalty for scaling. Busy December? We scale up your stock. Quiet January? Scale back with a week's notice. We don't lock North West hospitality businesses into rigid annual contracts that ignore the realities of seasonal trade. You use what you need, when you need it.

Depot-based reliability with local route coverage. Operating from Golborne (WA3 3DA), our delivery routes are purpose-built for the North West — covering Manchester city centre, Salford, Stockport, Warrington, Chester and Preston without the delays and sub-contracting that national suppliers rely on. Your linen arrives on the agreed day, properly packed, every week.

North West Delivery Routes — Where We Operate

ProLinen runs structured weekly collection and delivery routes across the North West. Current coverage includes:

  • Manchester city centre (M1–M4) — restaurants along Deansgate, Spinningfields and the Northern Quarter

  • Salford & MediaCityUK (M50) — bars and dining venues across the Salford City corridor

  • Stockport (SK1–SK4) — independent restaurants and pub kitchens throughout the borough

  • Altrincham & Sale (WA14–WA15) — casual dining and fine dining venues across Trafford

  • Chester city centre (CH1) — hospitality businesses in the historic centre and Cheshire surrounds

  • Warrington (WA1–WA5) — commercial kitchens and bar groups across the town centre

  • Preston & Blackburn (PR1, BB1) — restaurants and catering operations across central Lancashire

  • Wigan & Bolton (WN1, BL1) — pub kitchens and independent dining rooms

The Hospitality Businesses We Supply

Restaurants & fine dining venues. From intimate 20-cover restaurants in Knutsford to high-volume city centre operations in Manchester M1, we supply tablecloths, napkins and kitchen cloths on a rotation that fits your weekly covers. Presentation-grade finishing on all front-of-house items.

Bars & casual dining. Bars running food service need reliable kitchen cloth supply as much as front-of-house linen. We supply both on a single account, with one collection and one delivery per week — keeping overheads predictable and admin minimal.

Bistros & café-restaurants. Smaller operations across Cheshire and Lancashire benefit from our minimum-stock model — you're not paying to hold large buffer quantities you don't need, but stock is available when trade picks up unexpectedly.

Commercial kitchens & catering operations. High-frequency cloth turnover in a busy kitchen means in-house washing is simply not viable at volume. We supply kitchen linen on a managed basis so your team focuses on cooking, not laundry logistics.

Corporate hospitality venues. Boardroom dining rooms and corporate event kitchens across Greater Manchester require consistent, presentation-ready linen without the logistics overhead. We handle the full cycle from collection to redelivery.

From First Enquiry to First Delivery — The ProLinen Process

01

Stock assessment and quote.

We review your operation: number of covers, service style, frequency of turns and which linen categories you need. From that we build a stock package — tablecloths, napkins, kitchen cloths, chef wear or any combination — and confirm a fixed weekly price with no hidden add-ons.

02

Route scheduling and first delivery

Your postcode is mapped to an existing delivery route. We confirm your collection and drop-off window — timed around your kitchen rota, not ours — and dispatch your opening stock within five to seven working days of agreement. New-site openings can often be accommodated faster; contact us directly.

03

Ongoing managed rotation.

Used linen is collected on schedule, processed in our commercial laundry facility to food-safe standards, and returned on your next confirmed drop. Stock levels are reviewed at your request and adjusted with a week's notice. You receive a delivery note each week confirming what's been swapped, replaced or added.
